1. 2. Download the "Application Form for Radio Transmission Equipment Model Approval" from the "Form Download" column on the homepage of the radio transmission equipment model approval website; the agency applicant must also download the "Authorization Letter for Radio Transmission Equipment Model Approval".

3. The application materials for type approval of radio transmission equipment must be provided in Chinese or English, and materials in other languages must be translated into Chinese or English (the translation unit/department should affix the official seal).

4. The application materials submitted by the application unit or agency application unit by post will enter the approval process after the formal examination is qualified; if the formal examination is unqualified, the applicant or the agent application unit shall be notified within five working days to ensure that the applicant can To obtain the type approval certificate in time, the applicant unit or the agent application unit should send someone to complete the application materials.

5. 6. After the applicant has obtained the "Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate" and its approval code, the manufacturer should indicate the radio transmission equipment type approval code (clearly visible during normal installation) on the approved equipment label. It is true that the equipment is too small. If the approval code cannot be indicated on the above, the model approval code of the device shall be posted in the product manual or user manual.

7. The Radio Regulatory Bureau uses the media to publish the list of radio transmission equipment that has obtained model approval to the public, and organizes relevant units to conduct random inspections of radio transmission equipment that have obtained type approval.
