According to the Provisions on the Administration of Compulsory Certification, as of May 1, 2003, the products listed in the catalog that have not obtained the compulsory product certification certificate and have not been affixed with the Chinese compulsory certification mark shall not be allowed to leave the factory, imported or sold.
